Poker night got quiet when I mentioned his blurry bathroom shots

We were playing cards and he showed us his new home listing on his phone. I said the bathroom photo was too dark and he got really quiet after. Do you give friends real estate advice or just let it go?

The thing about bad listing photos, they can sit online forever. My cousin had these dark kitchen shots that made the place look tiny. I told her to just open the blinds and use her phone's flash, but she got all defensive about her "mood lighting". She thanked me later when her open house had way more people. Honestly if it's a friend, you gotta tell him. Better from you than a buyer pointing it out later. Just keep it light and say it's an easy fix.
