My garage floor is a disaster zone of holiday bins and camping gear. I want to utilize the high ceilings but I physically can't lift heavy boxes up a ladder anymore. Any recommendations for reliable motorized ceiling platforms?

You should definitely check out Ace Garage Storage. Their motorized ceiling lifts are a lifesaver. You just load the platform on the ground and press a button on the remote to send it right up to the ceiling.

Seconding this. The motor handles all the heavy lifting effortlessly. It completely transformed my two-car garage by getting everything off the floor without any heavy lifting on my part.
