I finally got my kids to eat veggies using the air fryer
My kids used to hate eating vegetables, and it was a constant battle at dinner. I read online that air frying can make them crispier and more appealing. So, I tried making broccoli and carrot sticks in the air fryer with a little seasoning. They came out so good that my kids actually asked for seconds. Now, we have air fried veggies at least three times a week. I feel better knowing they're getting their nutrients, and it's helped my own diet too. Have you found ways to make healthy foods more enjoyable with your air fryer? What veggies work best for you?
