My mom called me last week totally panicked because she got a voicemail that sounded exactly like my sister asking for money, turned out to be some scam call using a clone. @corad70 is right, there are no rules. We're in that weird phase where the tech outruns any common sense. It's going to take a few big scandals, like fake emergency calls to grandparents or forged CEO orders, before anyone in charge even starts to figure out what to do.
