The planks are lifting at the edges or forming bubbles, and it's always because they weren't left to sit in the room first. Last week, a bathroom floor had gaps you could slide a coin into, and the homeowner was really upset. It's not the material; it's folks rushing the job to meet tight schedules. I talked to one installer who said he skipped the waiting time to finish early, but now he's got to redo the whole thing. This is happening more often, and it hurts your rep if floors don't hold up.
