Found out most agencies lose 30% of leads by not calling back within 5 minutes
I stumbled on this stat from a HubSpot report last week and it hit me hard. We were sitting on leads for hours, thinking we looked busy and professional. How many potential clients have we already ghosted without even realizing it?

That stat assumes everyone is sitting around waiting for a callback, but a lot of those leads might not be ready to buy anyway. Calling back too fast can actually make you seem desperate or pushy if they were just browsing. Wouldn't it be better to have a system that qualifies leads first instead of just chasing every single one?
