Sent monthly client reports as one giant PDF, now it's a 90 second Loom video and nobody has asked me a single question since
Used to spend a whole afternoon building a 12 page PDF for each retainer client and still got "can you walk me through this?" every time. Switched to a quick screen recording with my face in the corner about 4 months ago and reply rates on the reports actually went up. Curious if anyone else has dropped written reports completely or if you still send something in writing for the paper trail.
