That 'quick switch' to a new CRM actually took my agency 6 months to fully implement
I thought migrating client data would take maybe a week tops, but between custom fields and training the team on new workflows it ended up eating half our year, has anyone else underestimated a platform change this badly?

Did you factor in the data cleanup time or did that sneak up on you too?

oh man, that "sneak up on you" part from @tara345 is exactly what happened to us. we thought we had a handle on the data side but the custom fields alone turned into this massive rabbit hole.
