The guy who told me niche down to one industry was wrong, and it cost me $8k in lost leads last year
A consultant at a conference in Denver told me to focus only on real estate agents, but when I tried it for 6 months my pipeline dried up because my old clients in medical and e-commerce weren't coming back, and now I'm rebuilding across three niches has anyone else found that going too narrow backfires?

Hold up, $8k in lost leads over 6 months? That's like one bad quarter in a lot of businesses. Feels like you might be blowing this up a bit.

maybe it's just me but losing $8k in leads sounds rough but also like you're acting like one bad decision ruined your whole business. I mean, did you even try to ease out of the other niches or did you just drop them cold? that's gonna mess up any pipeline. idk, seems like you might be blaming the advice instead of how you rolled it out.
