I finally saw how bad our job tracking was at the Denver owner's retreat in March
Our ops lead pulled up the board mid-session and 3 jobs the week before were marked 'on track' that the crew said were already 2 days behind. How do you all get your PMs to actually update status in real time instead of once a week on Fridays?
