My sister said my air fryer chicken was 'just okay' and it got to me

We had dinner last night and I made my usual crispy chicken thighs, cooked at 380 for 18 mins. She took a bite and was like 'it's fine, but kinda dry?'. I've been making them the same way for a year and thought they were perfect. Now I'm second guessing my whole method. Maybe I need to change the temp or time? Has anyone else had a family member roast their go-to recipe and had to change it up?

380 for 18 minutes is my exact go-to for thighs too. Did she maybe get a piece from the very edge of the basket where it cooks faster? That part can get dry for me sometimes.
