Seeing a lot of buddies jump to corporate maintenance crews

Ngl, the better hours and pay are a big draw. It's changing the feel in our shop, with fewer seasoned hands around.

Yeah that "scary thought" part is pretty accurate, @ericjackson. Not sure if I'm relieved or concerned to have you as our veteran now.
