Hot take: I stopped shooting unscripted client interviews in Tucson last quarter and my edit time dropped by half
I always thought letting people just talk gave me the real story on camera, until a 2 hour sit down in Tucson turned into 6 hours of logging for a 90 second cut. I finally tried sending 5 questions two days ahead, and the same guy gave me cleaner answers in 40 minutes. Does anyone else prep questions ahead, or am I just late to this?
