Some say a PDF backup is key for interviews, but others think it looks unprofessional. My site went down at the worst moment... Curious where you all stand on this.

Just realized my stress eating is out of control since running this agency

I finally noticed that I've been gaining weight and feeling sluggish. Every time we have a big pitch or a tight schedule, I end up ordering takeout and snacking on junk. It's like my brain shuts down and I just eat for comfort. Last week, I had three late nights in a row and lived on pizza and soda. Now my clothes don't fit right, and I'm too tired to exercise. I know it's bad, but at that time, it feels like the only way to cope. This agency thing is supposed to be my dream, but it's ruining my health. I need to find a better balance before it gets worse.
