Shot my first real estate tour in Tucson 8 months ago with just my phone, redid the same house last Friday and wow
I filmed a 3 bed house near Speedway back in the spring with my phone and a $20 tripod, and the agent was nice about it but I could tell she wasn't thrilled. Last Friday I went back to that same house for a different realtor and brought my actual camera and a gimbal I picked up in June. Walking through the rooms again I finally saw why the first video felt off, the angles were too high and the frame moved nonstop. Same floor plan, same light, but the new footage looks like a totally different house. What did you all use to practice steady movement when you were starting out?
