The rep in Tampa laughed and said nobody ever asks, then approved it in 10 minutes after my 2019 Civic hit 61,000 miles, so has anyone else tried this or did I just get lucky?

That Tampa rep approved it once, but goodwill reviews get logged and denied the second time you ask.
