Got a flyer about concrete coatings, now I'm torn on my slab
A supplier dropped a pamphlet in my mailbox in Phoenix pushing epoxy floor coatings for garages, saying bare concrete just traps dust and stains. My slab is 22 years old with some cracks, and I can't decide if I should coat it or just reseal and call it done. Anyone here gone the epoxy route and actually felt it was worth the weekend labor?

Same with everything now, upsells on stuff that was fine before.

Hear what you're saying but it's not really an upsell when the old thing actually stops working. Like my phone plan from 2019 was $40 and had 5GB, and now the same $40 gets me 50GB, so yeah they added stuff but the base thing got better too. Same with streaming, the cheap tier used to be the only tier and now the ad one is basically that old price. The real scam is when they take away the basic option and force you up a level. That's different from just adding fancy versions on top.
