Finished my backyard studio build last week and found a killer fix for ventilation

I was struggling with the summer heat in my shed conversion. It would hit 95 degrees by noon. Tried a couple box fans but they just moved hot air around. Then I cut a 6 inch hole low on one wall and another high on the opposite side. The natural airflow cooled it down by 15 degrees easy. Cost me $20 for the vents and a jigsaw blade. Anyone else do passive ventilation or am I overthinking this?

Real talk, that low and high vent trick works way better than people give it credit for. I did something similar in my garage last summer, except I used two old dryer vents from a job site. The temp drop wasn't quite 15 degrees but it was enough to keep my tools from rusting up in the humidity.

Wait, you're telling me I could have just drilled two holes in my wall instead of spending $200 on that fancy solar attic fan I bought? Don't get me wrong, the solar fan looks real cool spinning up there, but I'm pretty sure the birds are judging me for it. I bet your setup is also way quieter. That thing sounds like a helicopter taking off every time the sun hits the panel. Seriously though, nice work. Saving money and not sweating to death is a solid combo.
