Found out my logo font was older than I thought, thanks to a museum trip

Last Sunday I visited the local museum in Portland and saw a poster from 1923. The lettering on it looked almost identical to the font I use in my logo. I got curious and looked it up on my phone, turns out the font was designed in 1911. I had no idea I was using something that old, it made me rethink the whole vibe of my brand. Has anyone else found out their logo style was way more dated than they planned?
