Hired a guy in Fresno to redraw my bakery logo and he gave me back a JPEG on a white square
I paid a designer $150 back in March to clean up the logo for my bread stand in Fresno. He sent back three files and every single one was a JPEG, not a PNG or vector. The logo itself sits on a white square that doesn't match the cream paper I print on. I tried to fix it myself in a free editor and the edges came out fuzzy and gray. I asked him for a transparent file and he stopped replying after two days. Now my labels look like I cut them out with safety scissors. Is it worth paying someone else to trace it, or should I just start over from scratch?
