Honestly Matthew, the "three whole years" part is the most believable thing here! My own money management is so bad I once found a twenty in a winter coat and felt like I'd won the lottery. I probably have accounts hidden from myself out of pure avoidance. If my bank's app started hiding things, I'd just assume I'd finally succeeded in my goal of ignoring all adult responsibilities.
