Shoutout to that bank website that made me drive 20 miles
I had to visit a Bank of America branch in downtown Austin last week because their website wouldn't let me update my address online. The form kept saying my zip code didn't match, even though I typed it in three times. It's 2024 and you can't build a simple address validation tool? Has anyone else run into that kind of ridiculous roadblock on a major site?

180 miles round trip for me last month with Wells Fargo. Their system flagged my account for a new device login and refused to let me verify through text or email. Had to drive to a branch that actually had a human being working the fraud desk. The teller literally shrugged and said "yeah the website does that sometimes" like it was a broken vending machine. For a bank that handles billions of dollars you'd think they could afford a basic form validation script. And now they send me emails about digital banking convenience. Real rich.

Oh man, @hart.zara is spot on. My bank locked me out for typing my password wrong once, had to drive 45 miles.
