Was it hard finding a bank willing to do less than 10% down? @the_blake we tried a few places and they all wanted 20% even with good credit. I get where you're coming from with the hand file thing, but honestly some of those little gadgets can save a ton of time if you get a decent one. I've had good luck with the Wahl brand sharpener, it's like $30 and hasn't messed up any of my blades yet.
