Noticed something strange at a baking supply shop in Portland

I popped into this specialty baking store in Portland last weekend and saw at least 10 people grab cake flour instead of all-purpose without checking the label. The bags are nearly identical except for tiny red text. Has anyone else noticed this mix-up happening a lot lately?

Wait, did they just not care or was the store purposely making it hard to tell them apart? Like were the bags stacked in a way where you could only see the flour from one angle?

Man, I gotta say I think people read way too much into stuff like this. In my experience, grocery stores are just trying to move product and the workers don't really care about flour bag angles. @fiona_murray, I've seen bread stacked in a total mess and nobody blinked. I'd bet it's more about someone rushing on a Tuesday afternoon than some big conspiracy with the display.
