Pro tip: I finally figured out why my macarons were always lopsided after a humid Tuesday in July.
My oven rack was one notch off level, which I only noticed when a marble rolled from the back to the front in about two seconds flat.

It's wild how often the solution is some tiny, overlooked thing like that. Feels like half of life's problems are just a marble rolling the wrong way.

My friend spent two days thinking her laptop was totally dead, like ready for the trash. She was about to buy a new one, but then her kid pointed out the power strip switch was off. All that stress over a flipped switch (we've all been there, right?). It's crazy how the fix is often right in front of you, just hiding in plain sight.
