Serious question, does yelling at the dice actually work for anyone?
Played Catan at a buddy's place in Reno last weekend and watched a grown man scream at a 7 for a solid minute before rolling it anyway. I've tried the gentle whisper thing, the cup shake, all of it, and my rolls stay trash. What rituals do you swear by, or is it just luck with extra steps?
