Had a close call with a flange on a job in Bend last month

We were setting a big economizer section and the crane operator moved before my signal, almost dropping it on the pad. Now I make sure my whole crew uses the same hand signals and we do a quick check before any lift. What's your team's rule for crane signals to keep things safe?

Bend, Oregon? That's a long way to go for a near miss. A dropped economizer would have been a real bad day.
