How fixing font mismatch improved our community flyer

I help with a community garden group. Our flyers always looked a bit messy, but I couldn't pin down why. I found a free guide on font pairing that made sense. It said to stick to two fonts at most for clean design. For the next event, I used one font for headings and another for details. The result was much clearer and people noticed the change. It feels good to apply design tips in a real setting.

Right? I keep a sticky note on my monitor with the one trick that actually works for me. Forces me to do the thing before I can even think about it.

Wait, you used to use MORE than two fonts on a single flyer? I have to admit, that makes my head hurt just picturing it. No wonder things looked messy before. It's amazing how something so simple can make such a big difference in how people see your work. That guide gave you solid advice. Clean design really does help people take you more seriously.
