I spent four days searching free font sites because every sans-serif I tried felt like a bank ad, not a heating and cooling company. Then a lady in Reno read my flyer back to me word for word, and the letters just felt warmer and easier to trust than the blocky stuff. Anyone else switch to a serif for a trade business and regret it later, or did it stick?
