My cheap backpack zipper gave out in the Lisbon airport
It happened right after I landed, and I had to use a bunch of safety pins to keep it shut for the whole trip. Has anyone found a good way to fix a broken zipper pull without replacing the whole bag?

Seen this happen so many times, feels like cheap zippers are designed to fail right at the start of a trip.
