Just realized the booth I built in Nashville taught me more than my 3-year degree did
Last month I built a 10x10 trade show booth from scratch for a client in Nashville. The venue had a weird 8 foot ceiling and the floor was sloped. I spent 2 days leveling the base with shims because the carpet hid a 2 inch drop. All my design software looked perfect, but real world physics just laughed at me. That one build made me rethink how I approach every project now, especially checking the actual site before I commit to dimensions. Has anyone else hit a weird venue quirk that changed how you prep for builds?
