The week my tracker actually helped me catch a migraine pattern
I had this awful stretch back in March where I got migraines three days in a row. I looked back at my bullet journal and noticed they all happened after I ate leftover pizza from Pizza King on Maple Street. Turns out the extra cheese and processed meat were triggering them for me. Has anyone else found weird food connections by tracking in their journal?

Yeah, that leftover pizza thing is wild. I actually had a friend who went through something similar with canned soup. She used to get these killer headaches every single Wednesday for like a month straight. She started jotting down what she ate in a notebook, and it turned out she was eating a can of that creamy tomato soup from the gas station near her office every Wednesday lunch. Once she stopped eating it, the headaches just vanished. So from what I saw with her, those food triggers can be really sneaky. Your experience with Pizza King totally makes sense to me, extra cheese and processed meat can be a lot for some people.

That canned soup story brings back memories of my college roommate @adams82. He had this weird thing where every time he ate instant ramen he would get super bloated and feel terrible for hours. We thought it was just the salt but then he realized it was actually the msg they put in those cheap noodle packets. After he switched to a different brand without msg he was fine. Makes you wonder what other hidden ingredients are lurking in our favorite convenience foods. Have you noticed any other weird food reactions from people you know?
