Hit 50 rejections in a row last month - is that a sign to pivot or push through?
I applied for 50 jobs in a span of 8 weeks and got nothing but form rejections. Not even a single interview. The first 20 I thought maybe my resume was off, so I tweaked it. By 35, I started second guessing my whole career path. But then I talked to a guy at a meetup in Denver who said he got 80 rejections before landing his dream role. So now I'm stuck wondering - does a high rejection count mean you're aiming wrong or just playing a numbers game? Has anyone here ever hit a wall like that and come out the other side?

Are you getting any traction with recruiters or people on the inside, or are you just sending apps into the void? That usually tells me more than the rejection count itself.

Read something about how 80% of jobs come through networking so maybe try that more, @michael_wood32.
