Got a call back for a seam that opened up after 2 days in a Phoenix condo

It was a 12x15 room with a thick berber, and the seam looked perfect when I left. The AC was off while I worked, but the owner cranked it to max right after. The temp drop and dry air made the carpet contract just enough to pull the seam tape loose. I went back, re-seamed it with a hotter iron and extra adhesive, then told them to keep the temp steady for 24 hours. It's held for 6 months now. Anyone else run into issues with big temp swings right after an install?
