Walked into a diner in Buffalo and their line cook was using a garden trowel to flip eggs
Saw it sitting right on the flat top next to the eggs and bacon, asked the guy about it and he said the handle was more comfortable than a spatula, has anyone else seen weird tools like that in a pro kitchen?
