Question about switching to rotary brushes from the old standard rods

I've been using traditional rod systems for 20 years but tried a rotary brush setup last week on a job in Raleigh. The difference in how clean the flue came out was night and day, especially on the third pass where I got almost no ash. Has anyone else made the switch and noticed better results with tough creosote?

The rotary brushes really shine on that third pass, no doubt. I had less ash and flyaway dust compared to my old rods too. It's a solid upgrade for heavy buildup for sure.

Same here, @paigewood. Less dust = less cleanup. Little things add up fast.
