I was digging through our component library last Tuesday and noticed our default button padding was set to 24px horizontal but the old Sketch file said 20px. Turns out the dev who built the first React version fat-fingered it back in 2021 and nobody caught it for nearly 3 years. Every screen I mocked up for that entire period was 4px wider on buttons.
