Client asked for 'minor tweaks' then refused to pay the bill
Had a logo design job for a coffee shop near downtown Austin last month. They said 'just move this element a little' and then kept adding changes for 3 weeks. After 12 rounds of revisions they called the final design 'not what I wanted' and offered half the agreed $600. I told them no, now they're leaving bad reviews on my Google page. Has anyone else had a client pull this bait and switch with scope creep?
