I used to just guess the coffee grounds, and my cups were all over the place. Bought a simple digital scale from The Daily Grind here in town, and it made a huge difference right away. Now my pour-over is the same good taste every single time. What's one small tool that fixed your coffee routine?

That's a great find. Did you have to adjust your grind size at all once you started weighing, or was the dose the main thing you were missing?

Grind stayed the same. The scale just showed me how bad my scooping really was.
