Hit my 100th pour over this week and it finally clicked

I've been trying to nail the perfect cup for about 8 months now, and Wednesday morning at 6am in my kitchen, the bloom just looked right and the whole brew finished in 2:45. Turns out I was grinding way too fine this whole time and my water temp was off by 10 degrees. Has anyone else had a random weekday morning where it all suddenly comes together?
