Found out my 'accessible' green button was actually invisible to my colorblind uncle
He was trying to check out on a site I made and just sat there clicking around the page. I ran the colors through a checker tool and the contrast ratio was a 2.1, which is basically nothing. Anyone have a good way to test beyond just the standard tools?

Test with actual users if you can. The tools miss a lot of real world context. It's the only way to be sure.

Absolutely. We ran a full beta test with a small group before our last launch. Found three major workflow issues the automated tools never caught. Real people using it in their actual jobs showed us stuff we'd never have seen otherwise.
