My client's website bounce rate dropped 40% after we changed the main call-to-action color.

For a local bakery site, the 'Order Now' button was a soft beige that matched the brand but got lost. We switched it to a bright orange with high contrast against the white background, and within two weeks the bounce rate fell from 65% to 25%. Has anyone else seen such a big shift from just one color change?

Actually, the drop makes sense if you look at the full picture. It wasn't just about one button press. That was the final step in a long chain of problems that were building up. The system had been under stress for weeks with no fixes. When the button got pushed, it was just the last bit of weight that broke everything. The real issue was ignoring all the smaller warnings before it.
