Spent $80 on that omnibus everyone raves about and the binding split on page 60
I kept hearing how this was the definitive collection but the glue job was so cheap pages are literally falling out, has anyone else had luck getting a replacement from the publisher?

That $80 price point is rough, especially if the whole thing falls apart that fast. Which publisher put out the omnibus and did you buy it from a local shop or an online retailer like Amazon? In my experience, the response from the publisher depends a lot on whether they have a direct customer service line or if they just tell you to go through the store you bought it from.

Tbh, I kinda disagree. Yeah $80 stings but that can happen with any big book from any publisher, and a lot of them will just send you a replacement if you email them directly with photos.
