Had to choose between a 4x8 footer float and a 6x10 for my driveway job last week
I picked the bigger one for speed but the edges were a nightmare to manage alone in 90 degree heat anyone else fight with oversized floats on residential slabs?

Did you try running a skid steer with a float hitch to save your back?

Float hitch on a skid steer? That's basically a luxury spa day for your spine compared to bouncing around on a solid mount. My back would probably send me a thank you note if I ever tried one. Might be worth the upgrade just to avoid walking like a question mark after a long day.
