Caught a project manager bragging about zero punch list items yesterday
I was sitting in on a closeout meeting for a 40-unit apartment complex in Phoenix when the PM declared they had zero punch list items. Everyone clapped, but I had walked the building that morning and counted at least 15 gaps in the baseboard corners. Are we really celebrating incomplete work just to hit a deadline?
