Found a way to track subs' daily progress without bugging them every hour
Been running a 12 unit townhouse project in Portland and got tired of chasing foremen for updates. Started having them take a single photo of their main work area at 10am and 3pm. Upload to a shared folder. Takes them 15 seconds but I can spot problems before they get big. Seen a lot less rework since I started this 2 months back. Anyone else do something similar?

Forget the foremen, have the guys just text the pics to a group chat. Easier than a folder.

Yo dude that's actually smart as hell. My buddy runs a small crew doing bathroom remodels and he would text his guys like 5 times a day asking for progress pics. Drove everyone nuts. He switched to a simple morning/afternoon photo rule and it saved his guys from wanting to kill him lol. Plus he caught a tile layout mistake early because the 10am pic showed a pattern that was totally off. Said it was a game changer for keeping subs happy and work clean.
