Shoutout to the super in Tacoma who made me eat my words about daily photo logs
I used to think snapping pics of every wall before drywall went up was a waste of my guys' time, so I blew it off for years. Then a homeowner in Tacoma came back 6 months later claiming we never insulated her north wall, and the super pulled up 340 photos on his tablet that shut the whole thing down in 10 minutes. Any of you keep a photo log system you actually stick with, or is it just me dragging my feet on this?
