Spent $400 on a drone for site surveys and it ended up in a tree
We got it to map a tricky 5-acre lot in Phoenix, but a gust of wind sent it straight into a 30-foot palo verde. Had to call a guy with a bucket truck to get it down, which cost another $150. What's the dumbest way you've seen tech fail on a job?

Calling that a tech failure is a bit much. The wind just won that round.
