Wait, so you're saying the foil has a right way and a wrong way? I've been doing the shiny side out my whole life because that's what my mom did and nobody ever said a word. A client in Boise is the only one who noticed in 2 years? That tells me most people don't even look at it that close. I'm not buying that there's a wrong way, sounds like that client just had too much time on their hands.
