Warning: my 1pm highlight client brought her own box dye from 2019 and I almost said yes
She pulled out a cracked tube of some ash brown she bought at a drugstore 6 years ago and asked if I could just use it since she already paid for it. I told her the developer in that thing is dead and I would not touch her roots with it, then she got quiet and tipped me $5 on a $180 service. How do you all handle clients who show up with their own expired product without losing the rebooking?
